Our rate of $76 per night is all inclusive, for up to 2 people, and applies to reservations of 7 days or longer. For reservations of less than 7 nights, or for more than 2 people, a surcharge may apply.
We may require a refundable security amount as per our quotation to cover incidentals such as lost keys etc., if applicable. The refundable security amount is normally refunded within two weeks from check-out.
Unless otherwise agreed, our invoice is payable in full on reservation.
For reservations of 4 weeks or longer we may agree to payment of our invoice by periodic instalments. Periodic instalments are paid in advance with the first instalment payable on reservation. The instalments are due as set out in our invoice.
We can only accept payment by electronic transfer or direct bank deposit, into the account nominated on our invoice. We do not accept cash or cheques.
Payments by credit card (Visa , MasterCard or American Express) can only be arranged by phone and attract a surcharge of 2 %.
Extension of stay
Extensions to the period of accommodation booked are subject to availability.
Cancellation/ Early Check-out
Refunds for prepaid accommodation cancelled are subject to a notice period of 1 week and a cancellation fee of $76 plus 10% of the value of the period cancelled.
Unless specified otherwise in our quotation, we service the accommodation once a week. The service includes making of the beds with fresh linen, and limited cleaning. You are required to provide us access to provide this service when we require.
Notwithstanding any cleaning included in the weekly service, it remains your responsibility to keep the apartment clean, consistent with general norms of reasonable care and acceptability. Cleaning equipment and materials are provided. You agree to conform to accepted norms of good-neighbourly conduct.
Loss of inventory and/or damage to the property
You are responsible for damage caused by you, or by your visitors.
Smoking & Pets
Smoking is not allowed inside.
Pets are not allowed on the premises, either inside or out.
Loss of control of accommodation
Should any event occur as a result of which, or as a result of any other reason, our accommodation becomes unavailable for any part of the period you booked, then we will advise you as early as practicable and refund all prepaid fees in respect of unavailable accommodation immediately. You agree that, in such event, this is the limit of your claim on us and of our obligation to you and that you will not hold us liable for any other costs or damages incurred in relation to, or as a consequence of, such unavailability.
The term ‘you’ refers to the person(s) and entities booking and/or using our accommodation. The terms ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ , ‘Stay In Gladstone’ or ‘Aztra Gladstone Apartments’ refer to Nova Mining P/L ABN 40 000 226 264, trading as ‘Aztra Gladstone Apartments’ .
